Happy Birthday To On-Again, Off-Again Country Singer Jessica Simpson

Jessica's stint as a country singer was brief, but she did score a number one album on the country charts with her 2008 album Do You Know, and she certainly made a splash with her country debut single Come On Over. Jessica was born on this day back in 1980 in Abilene, Texas. Happy Birthday Jess!
